

Meet Mr. Peach
Growing up Euan spent a lot of his childhood on the local farm where the farmer butchered his own livestock to sell in his shop, and his mother was a horticulturist so he was always around fresh ingredients and always eating everything that grew in the garden, edible or not!
After a stint as pot wash in a local restaurant kitchen, he knew that kitchen life with all its smells, pressures and unique atmosphere was for him. His first formal kitchen role came at Restaurant Sat Bains in Nottingham where he was commis chef. He then moved to The Hinds Head in Bray where he worked for Heston Blumenthal and found his passion for food science. He also honed his pastry skills there which led to stints at Maze, under Jason Atherton, and also at The Ledbury, with Bret Graham and Ynyshir Hall with Gareth Ward.
Euan eventually returned to Restaurant Sat Bains to work as development Chef, and was in charge of the development kitchen, as well as hosting private dinners in the test kitchen.
It’s whilst doing just that - cooking in front of dinner guests, and interacting with them on a social level that Euan realised his passion for entertaining guests with his food. He’s equally happy sharing old industry stories as well as chatting to guests about why certain food pairings work or even explaining the why’s and how’s of liquid nitrogen works in the kitchen.
